  1. Place water and plant-based milk in a medium pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add the oats and cinnamon. Stir well, then cook, stirring frequently until they are thickened and tender, about 5 minutes. 
  2. Divide cooked oats among 4 bowls. Top each bowl with one-fourth of the walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut, cranberries, figs, and chocolate chips.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

May meal prep these bowls by placing servings in a Mason or Weck jar and covering them. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to one week. This recipe is good served warm or cold. Nuts may become soft if stored for 24 hours or more, so for best results top with nuts right before eating.
